How Does It Work?

OXC’s solution will allow employees to anonymously report when they are experiencing serious issues which are likely to require treatment. We believe this will reduce the reluctance of employees to seek help when it is needed. 

Once approved, the user is assigned a dedicated relationship manager, whose job it is to oversee and co-ordinate the treatment of the client from start to finish. The client is given access to the required treatment as part of a Personalised Recovery Plan designed to support their wellbeing and equip them with the skills required to remain productive at work, or to transition back to working if time off is required.
